As a part of FATHER’S WEEK, Fathers Making Progress will be hosting our first annual FMP awards night on Friday, June 16 at the beautiful IPAMA (3200 W. Hampton Ave., Milwaukee, WI). This is your chance to nominate and honor the everyday unheralded father. Please submit an application to nominate a father in the community for the award below. FMP’s committee will choose 3 finalists for each category but ultimately the winners are up to you! The community will vote and select an honorary. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, May 17 so nominate someone you believe is worthy of recognition today!

- You cannot nominate yourself for an award.
- Fathers Making Progress Staff, Board Members and Contractors are NOT eligible for awards. Fathers nominated MUST reside in the Milwaukee area.
- Please only nominate a father ONE time per category (Multiple entries only make it harder on the judges)
- You can include a video but if you do keep it under 1 min. Be creative, descriptive but be brief.

- All finalists will receive a free invitation (plus one) to the FMP Awards Gala
- All finalists will receive a prize TBD.
- All winners will receive an FMP award on stage during the event.
