We are working to EVOLVE how our community Co-Parents our children after romantic relationships end. We are changing the narrative and putting our children first! Tell us why does this former couple that now co-parents their biological children deserve praise because they do it the right way?  Why do these two deserve Co-Parents of the Year Award?​

​To nominate a mom/dad co-parenting team:

1. Put the Mother and Father’s names in the name section.
   
2. Put the name of this award in the award category.
   
3. Answer the Nominee question in the email body or in an attached 1 min video. (Don’t forget to say your name and who you are in relation to this couple)
   
4. Attach a photo of them with children if you have them.
