Curtis Marshall has spent his life redefining fatherhood’s role in healthcare and beyond. During his tenure with the State of Wisconsin, Curtis spearheaded father-centered health programs that significantly improved Black birth outcomes, ensuring that families across the state received better care and support.

Even in retirement, Curtis hasn’t stopped making an impact. Now volunteering with the Red Cross, he continues to give back to his community with the same energy and dedication that defined his career.

“Fatherhood doesn’t end when your kids are grown,” Curtis says. “It’s about leaving behind a legacy that helps others thrive.”
